一、 概况

目的
前期我司与印尼 B公司合作开发印尼东加里曼丹LK镍矿山,随着合作深入开展,该公司了解到我公司是致力于从事矿山生产-销售-工厂加工-产品一条龙的生产经营模式,以及我司对印尼本地镍资源的继续投资开发,该公司提出将自己公司所拥有的印尼北马古鲁岛哈马黑拉省韦达县赛波(SP)红土型镍矿山合作矿山生产、销售。

任务
此次工作的主要重点在于对该矿山已有资料的查阅,为公司提供相对准备的数据与印尼B公司准备进一步商讨提供较为详细的矿山情况。
二、 矿山历史
矿山前身2004年由 W公司所持有,矿权面积1700公顷,2007年6月东哈政府将该矿权收回并分割为两个矿权,面积缩减至1330.8公顷,由 B公司持有至今。
2010年我公司高级地质工程师钟先生前往该矿山实地考察并完成矿山考察报告(见印度尼西亚北马古鲁省韦达县赛波红土型镍矿地质踏勘报告)。
三、 资料收集

四、 探矿工作进程
2007年B公司组织本国地质工程师前往矿权踏勘考察,获取相关地质资料。此次将矿权划分为6个块段 TALAGA、MORO-MORO、UNI-UNI、LOI KUMEL、AKA UKEN及DODOKAN,通过探井及样品化验结果估算出资源量
2008年4月-2009年2月根据前期相关地质资料,布置并完成相应钻孔勘探。此次勘探科学的并将原有的区块重新划分,以每个正方格80公顷为基准划分(见附图1),完成相应的具有JORC标准资质勘探报告(报告为英文版), AKA UKEN区域内完成50×50米勘探, TALAGA、MORO-MORO、UNI-UNI、LOI KUMEL区域内完成100×100米勘探, DODOKAN区域未做勘探工作。
2009-2010年对样品结果较好的区块MORO-UNI之间勘探区块B4加密至25×25米,由另一家勘探公司(未具备JORC标准资质)出具相关报告(报告为印尼文版)。
2010-2011年对C4块段内加密至25×25米,出具相关钻孔模型数据结果(报告为印尼文版)。

OVERVIEW
1.1
THE PURPOSE:
In the early period of the partnership between our company and
Indonesian company, PT. B, in order to develop Nickel Mine in LK, East
Kalimantan. During our partnership, our corporate business partner understand that
our company will do the best to realize our business schemes of production in
the circle of mining production, marketing, manufacturing and product. For the
continued of the investment exploitation of the local Indonesian nickel mine
resources, our corporate business partner has proposed the partnership of
Mining production and marketing for their lateritic nickel mine in SP,
Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia.
1.2
THE TASK:
The main focus of the task is the
investigation of the existing data of mining, to prepare and provide relative and
more detailed data concerning Mining situation in accordance with the further
discussion with Indonesian company, PT.B.
2.
THE
HISTORY OF MINING
The previous mine owner in 2004 is
PT. W which owned for 1.700 hectare of
Mining rights. In June 2007, The government took back the ownership of the
mining rights and divide it into two mining rights and reduced the area broad for 1.330,8 hectare
which was owned by PT. B till now.
In 2010, our Senior Geologist, Mr.
Z went to The Mining site to conduct the research & survey and he finally
completed his research & survey report (Please see The Geological and
topographical survey report of Laterite Nickel Mine at SP, Maluku, Indonesia).
3.
DATA COLLECTION
Volume 1 - Executive Summary, Volume
2 - lease document, database and validation documents, Volume 3 - wellsite logs,
Volume 4 - analysis certificates,
Volume 5 -
topographic survey date, resource estimated date, JORC guidelines, permit for
reporting resource estimation, CV. D's employees and Drilling Histogram (2 Volume), The environmental impact
assessment & community development report (4 volume), Exploration report (2 volume).
4.
WORK PROCESS OF EXPLORATION
In 2007, PT.B organized the local geologists to go to the mining site for
research and survey. They got the relevant geological data. At this time, the mining
rights had been divided into 6 (six) blocks. The blocks were TALAGA, MORO-MORO,
UNI-UNI, LOI KUMEL, AKA UKEN and DODOKAN. From well exploration and the result
of sampling analysis, finally got the estimated amount of resources.
From April 2008 to February 2009,
According to the early period of the related geological data, finally settled
and completed the appropriate drilling exploration. This time, the science
exploration of the original block was being re-divided. For each is divided into
80 hectare per square as benchmark (please see Picture 1). The appropriate
completed drilling exploration has the standard qualification exploration report
from JORC (Report in English version). The exploration completed in AKA UKE
area was 50×50 m. And the exploration completed in TALAGA, MORO-MORO, UNI-UNI, LOI
KUMEL areas were 100×100 m. DODOKAN area has no exploration activity.
From 2009 to 2010, in the area of
MORO-UNI which has better result of sample, in Block B4 have encryption up to 25 x 25 m , based on the
related report issued by another exploration company which has no standard
qualification of JORC (Report in Indonesian version).
In 2010 to 2011, in the block of
C4 has encryption up to 25 x 25 m, based on the related data result of drilling
model (Report in Indonesian version).

In 2010, had completed 25 x 25 m
of exploration work at the 3 small blocks (A,B,C) at the block of B4 in the
area of MORO-UNI which have better grade of nickel ore. This time, the
estimation of resources amount is generally computed based on nickel content

In 2011, the exploration report is
only the extrapolation of Block C4 up to 25 x 25 m, and the result is based on
the data of drilling model, without making the overall calculation.
